We’re excited to launch this brand new product to Northern Ireland! FAST BASE is a remarkably user friendly paving base system. This innovative panel system offers a simplified alternative to traditional aggregate bases, ensuring robust stability for your paving and artificial grass projects, with minimal excavation required.
The FAST BASE system utilises interlocking Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) panels – a versatile, closed-cell bead foam material. EPP offers exceptional properties, including excellent energy absorption, water and chemical resistance, a high strength-to-weight ratio, and is 100% recyclable.
Each 110 x 75cm foam panel enables quick and efficient coverage of large areas. The simple interlocking system ensures a uniform base.
Fast Base can be added to almost any surface including concrete and tarmac!

Simplified Installation
Traditionally, preparing a base for paving or artificial grass involves extensive excavation and the construction of layered sub bases. FAST BASE eliminates the time-consuming and expensive need for a crushed stone layer. Plus when laying on concrete or tarmac there is now need for an additional sub base. Just lay the Fast Base mats directly on top!
